Early Bird Registration Fee (Until January 31st)

• ICCMO Member: 150,000 JPY (includes scientific presentations, President's welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

• ICCMO Non-Member: 170,000 JPY (includes scientific presentations, President's welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

• Non Dentist: 100,000 JPY (includes scientific presentations, President's welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

• Accompanying Person: 75,000 JPY (includes the welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 18th)

Registration Fees After January 31st

• ICCMO Member: 170,000 JPY (includes the welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

• ICCMO Non-Member: 190,000 JPY (includes the welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

• ICCMO Non-Member: 120,000 JPY (includes presentations and lunch May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

• Accompanying Person: 75,000 JPY (includes the welcome party fee, lunch on May 17th and 18th, and the convocation dinner on May 17th)

For group registrations with 10 or more dentists, a discount of approximately 20% per participant will be applied. This discount is only available during the early bird period until January 31, 2025.

• ICCMO Member: 120,000 JPY

• ICCMO Non-Member: 120,000 JPY

• Non-dentists Registration: 80,000 JPY
  (Includes dental hygienists, dental technicians, software engineers, etc. This registration allows access to lectures.)

• Guest Package (Lunch on May 17-18 and Dinner on May 17): 60,000 JPY

• Ages 3-5: 10,000 JPY
  (Includes the Convocation Dinner on May 17, as well as lunch boxes on May 17 and 18. Convocation Dinner: A single plate of fried shrimp, hamburger, and spaghetti Napolitan.)

• Ages 6-9: 14,000 JPY
  (Includes the Convocation Dinner on May 17, as well as lunch boxes on May 17 and 18. Convocation Dinner: A short course menu including appetizer, soup, main dish, dessert, and bread.)

• Ages 10-17: 21,000 JPY
  (Includes the Convocation Dinner on May 17, as well as lunch boxes on May 17 and 18. Convocation Dinner: Same menu as adults.)

Registration Process

1. The group leader must create the "ICCMO Tokyo 2025 Group Discount Application List" in Excel and email it to Dr. Sasaki at sasakidental622@gmail.com.

2. In the ICCMO Tokyo 2025 Group Discount Application List, please include the following information:

   1. Name

   2. Registration category (Conference Registration, Non-dentists Registration, Guest Package, Children [Age])

   3. Email address

3. Once the list is confirmed, Dr. Sasaki will send the group leader the registration URL for the group discount.
